General Rules

These courts are for the use of Sun City Lincoln Hills residents and their guest only.

Use of courts will be first-come, first served.

Each foursome must sign-up one name and start time on board.

Playing priority is based on earliest sign-in time.

Duration of play is one (1) hour, longer if no one is waiting. 

Start time cannot be changed until you leave the court and resume play on a new court.

Hours of Operation:  Courts will be open daily from dawn until 10 p.m., open court play is subject to previously scheduled tournaments, USTA match play, tennis lessons, special events, weather and maintenance requirements. 

Court Lighting:  Court lights are on a manual switch, which can be dialed from one (1) to six (6) hours.  Please turn off lights when courts are not in use.  Once lights are turned off, there is a fifteen (15) minute wait period before lights will come on again.

Apparel:  Appropriate apparel is required and upper body garments must be worn at all times.  Rubber soled shoes are mandatory. Hard-sole footwear (street shoes) is not acceptable.

Use of Courts:  Courts are for the use of Sun City Lincoln Hills residents and their guests only.  Resident must have their Association Membership Card with them when using the courts.  Guests must be accompanied by their resident sponsor or have a guest pass in their possession.  Players are to lock court gates when their match is finished. 

All Players Play at Their Own Risk:  Play is authorized during the day and night with proper lighting.  If there is any debris or water on the court, court squeegees are hanging on each court for player use.  Otherwise, please notify the fitness center for assistance.

No Food or Beverages are Allowed on Courts:  Water and/or sport drinks are allowed in closed containers only.

Courts are for Tennis Only.  No roller blading, or skate boarding, etc.

Sportsmanship:  Residents or guests who abuse equipment or facilities may lose court privileges.  Please keep your facilities in top condition.

Court Etiquette:  Please wait outside the courts when waiting your turn on the court.  The only people inside the court area are current players.  The bench inside the court area is only for those players.  All equipment should be placed under the bench or hung on the fence.  Leave the bench clear so players can rest between games.
